These students supported companies including Newton Running, Rally Software, Greenhouse Data, and Goddess Gardens to become Certified B Corps. We'll give you guidance on how to pull and plug your contributions into the BIA to bump up your score. Workers, June 30th Have you created a working environment that attracts talented people who want to work for a great company doing impactful work? Awesome! To become B Corp certified, you need to capture why your company is great for workers and document those points- from offering great benefits, to conducting regular worker engagement surveys, to having a health and wellness program- and quantify them on the BIA. Let us help you translate your company culture into certification points. Environment, July 14th Do you and your team work hard to weave sustainability practices into your day-to-day work? Have you logged your lowered emissions and waste in a spreadsheet? Have you verified the environmental standards of your 3rd party suppliers? We can support you as you muck through the details. Every tree spared is a point scored on the BIA! FAQs What is the refund policy? Please note that in order to receive a full refund for your registration you must notify Cultivation Center at least 10 business days before the event. Cancelations received within between 5-10 business days before the event are eligible for reimbursement of half of the paid tuition. Cancellations received anytime thereafter are not eligible for a refund. How does the B Corp certification work? These workshops will prepare companies to complete the B Corp Certification process, but do not guarantee that a company will achieve certification. Companies must score at least 80 points on the B Impact Assessment in order to be eligible for certification. Certification is an independent process that is administered by B Lab.
